CORROSION PROTECTION DESIGNS

Your shipment will be protected from atmospheric influences so that temperature, humidity or rain and snowfall do not affect the quality of your shipment. In view of the extreme conditions prevailing in overseas transport (such as 100% relative humidity at temperatures from -40° to 70°C), the design of the corrosion protection must take into account the transport route, the length of the transport and, above all, the sensitivity of the product, machine or equipment.

PACKAGING IN ALU AND PE FOILS

As protection against the above mentioned influences we use barrier multilayer aluminium foils, so called ALU foils or PE foils
An essential complement to this type of packaging is the use of desiccant units (desiccant dryers)
Alu foils can be supplied separately - Made to fit your products in 2 parts: lower part for product setting + upper 3D "bag"

ANTICORROSIVE COATINGS

For the protection of particularly sensitive or machined iron surfaces, we use anti-corrosion oils or wax coatings.
The coatings prevent the access of water and air and thus prevent the oxidation of the surfaces and thus corrosion.

ALL TECHNOLOGIES

We use VCI technology for inter-operational and overseas packaging
VCI technology is based on the evaporation of corrosion inhibitors from products such as films, coatings, capsules, powders. After evaporation, these inhibitors settle evenly on the surface of the metal and prevent oxidation
